Things i'll be looking for
Thesis (specific): be specific in your answer to the question.
- - - Find a specific (political/social/economic) problem.
- - - Don't put: "There were many economic, political, and social problems. . . "
Tone: don't use the following format "Document 4 says . . . " or ". . . in doc 3. ..
- - -5 for each Offense : )
Quotations: integrate short phrases into your analysis/explanations.
- - - 3-5 word maximum length (-5 for each loooong quotation)
First Person: for the love of god, don't put "I" "You" "we" in your essays
- - -5 each offense.
Handwritten : )
Don't spend more than 45 minutes on it. I'm not expecting eloquent prose or a pretty product.
