How i'd study for the AP test

Put your cel phone in a different room.  
25 minutes of REAL focus is worth more than an hour spent checking texts and facebook while pretending to focus. 

 

I would spend the first week really studying the 2nd semester first.  (Chp 15+ in the Crash Course)

Using Chapter 20 (Metternich) as my Template

 1.   I would start by reading the Crash Course:  
        (chp 15  pages 137-148)                           10 Minutes

2.   I would read over the corresponding Homework  
         (chp 20)                                                   3 minutes

3.  I would Look over the TERM SHEET 
         (focusing on the a-team)                          5 minutes

4. Look over any worksheets in your notebook
          (ie 1830/48 grids)                                   3 minutes

 

 

Time to study for the essays.      

I would pick 4 chapters from each semester to KNOW.   

In Kagan: Turn to the first page of the Chapter.  (page 656)

- It divides up the chapter into the Sections (that’s where I got the Sections from)

- Pick one of them at Random.   

 -  See how many terms you can come up with regarding that section in 2 minutes. 

 -  Check it against your Term Sheet.
